HP JetAdvantage Secure Print is a cloud-based printing solution designed to enhance security and control within print environments. This application ensures that documents are only released to authorized users, holding print jobs in a secure queue until authentication is completed. Unprinted jobs are automatically purged according to the company's expiration policy, reducing waste and improving efficiency.
The application supports a range of multivendor devices and is straightforward to set up and utilize. When used on mobile devices, authorized users can easily release print jobs by scanning a QR code linked to any enabled network printer or multifunction printer (MFP). Activation of the mobile device requires following specific instructions provided by an IT manager or print administrator, ensuring a secure and efficient printing experience.
